It is only natural for any parent who wishes to adopt a child to go through a certain number of procedures before they are deemed qualified to care for a child. Some couples who choose to adopt a child from outside the country may or may not even know the identity of their prospective child before they choose to adopt them.
Staci and Jim Maneage decided to adopt a child after having three biological sons together.
The couple adopted a little chinese girl named Elliana, who needed a loving home because she was diagnosed with a brain disorder and it was partly the reason why some potential parents declined to take her in.
Staci and James want to help her even more therefore they decided that they wanted to adopt her.
In an interesting twist of fate, a couple in the same neighborhood as the Maneages, Steve and Paige Galbierz, adopted a child from China as well and named her Kinley. Surprisingly, she also had the same condition as Elliana.
Both families often go to the same church. After bumping into each other a couple of times, Elliana and Kinley became friends.
Although they were both adopted from completely different parts in China, both of them have a lot in common including their facial features.
This had raised the curiosities of both sets of parents. The adoptive parents of the two little girls decided to have them undergo a DNA test and they were at a loss for words when the results showed that the two girls were actually a biological sisters.
Elliana and Kinley were already as close a siblings before they knew the results of the test. What an amazing twist of fate!
Staci then stated that this is a "complete miracle."
